I truly appreciate when clients, friends, or colleagues refer others who are thinking about buying or selling a home — it’s one of the greatest compliments I can receive.
However, under Massachusetts real estate law, I am not permitted to offer or pay referral fees to anyone who does not hold an active or inactive real estate license. Referral compensation can only be provided to licensed real estate professionals, and must be paid through the appropriate brokerages involved in the transaction.
If you’re not a licensed agent, you’re still welcome (and encouraged!) to share my contact information with anyone you know who may be looking to buy or sell a home in Massachusetts — especially in the South Shore or Cape Cod area. I’m always happy to assist them personally and provide expert guidance throughout their journey.
